We ethically source every record in our database from public filings. Moreover, we verify each one through a multi-source process. Our purpose goes beyond selling data. We built this to empower HOA and condo boards, along with the contractors and partners who serve them. Ultimately, connecting directly means business gets done for the betterment of the community itself.

Who Is Behind It
HOA Contact Lists was founded by David Zart, who built the filings-based roster the database runs on and still oversees how it is sourced, verified and refreshed. How It Works
We source board member data from public records. Those include Sunbiz corporate filings, DBPR condominium records, and county and state association filings across Florida and Texas. Then we verify it through a multi-source validation process. Each record includes board member names, officer roles, and association contact details.
The platform operates on a pay-per-credit system — contractors purchase only the contacts they need, with no subscriptions or long-term commitments.
